New Moon Sound Therapy
at MOSA with Friends

from 6 to 7 pm

for a sound therapy session in concert with the new moon.

Begin a new ritual, release holding patterns and/or set an intention while you tune and tune in to your body. On and off body tuning will be harnessed in the session along with the power of the new moon and we’ll send you home with a MOSA-made treat to continue to balance your body. For experienced practitioners, those new to the practice and everyone in between.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Join us at MOSA Yoga to begin and extend your yoga practice.  Our sessions will always include asana and focused breathwork to address the seasonal shifts and changes and meet your body’s needs.

We are currently offering weekly in-studio group sessions, as well as workshop events. To book a private session email Maureen directly.

Book your space for a group class in the drop-down menu below and find details for the session in your confirmation booking receipt.  Classes close for sign up an hour before start time.

Cancellation Policy for Private Yoga Sessions

We want to give every client the time and attention that they deserve for their service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your private yoga class, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount.

If you need to cancel because of a personal or medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we can decide how best to proceed.
