Join us at MOSA Yoga to begin and extend your yoga practice. Our sessions will always include asana and focused breathwork to address the seasonal shifts and changes and meet your body’s needs.
We are currently offering in-studio and virtual group classes, along with private sessions available at several intervals during the week, as well as workshop events.
Helpful tools for virtual classes include: a yoga mat, blanket or towel for cushioning, a smaller towel or strap and yoga blocks or any tool that will help to elevate the ground to your body. With in-studio classes, tools are supplied.

Cancellation Policy for Private Yoga Sessions
We want to give every client the time and attention that they deserve for their service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your private yoga class, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount.
If you need to cancel because of a personal or medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we can decide how best to proceed.
