Summer Stretch, Cool and Energize Workshop Saturday, July 20, 2019, from noon to 2 pm
Welcome to summer!
I know many of you will be traveling over the summer months and, although a change of scenery can be therapeutic, it can be a challenge to maintain our healing rituals when we are away from our home-based routine. Even if you are not planning to get away, with the seasonal transition, we still need to consider providing our body with extra tools to adjust to changes in daylight hours and weather and temperature shifts.
Join us at MOSA Yoga and Massage on the 20th of July from noon to 2 pm for a workshop to help ease you into the season with stretching tips for travel and cooling rituals to practice in order to regulate your body’s temperature. As always, they’ll be some vibrational sound therapy and myofascial work. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and energized for summer and all it may bring to you.
Bring your yoga mat, wear comfy clothes you can move in and, if you don’t have a mat, borrow one from us. Also, if you have a Myofascial ball and/or silicone cup from a previous workshop, feel free to bring it.
Each participant will take home a MOSA-made vegan cooling almond protein bite to keep the energy flowing. The cost for the workshop is $35.00 per person.
